Terms of Use

By creating a Pidj account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pidj.

You’re responsible for the letters you write and the perches you create. You keep ownership of what you write; by sending or posting it on Pidj, you give us permission to store, deliver, and display it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing a public perch letter to nearby passers-by).

You may not use Pidj to post, send, or otherwise share content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, harassing, or abusive toward another person
• Is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics
• Is sexually explicit or exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Incites or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with someone
• Contains spam, scams, phishing attempts, or malware
• Infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights

You also may not use Pidj to harass, stalk, or repeatedly contact someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop.

Other users can report letters or perches they believe violate these terms using the in-app report feature. We review reports and may remove content, restrict a public perch, or suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, at our discretion. You can block another user at any time to stop them from contacting you.

You can delete your own account at any time from Settings (see our account deletion page for details). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or to Pidj.

Pidj is provided “as is.” Letter delivery times are estimates based on real-world distance and are not guaranteed. We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
