You can permanently delete your Pidj account and its associated data directly from the app:
Deleting your account removes your profile, handle, perches, push notification subscriptions, and friend connections. Letters you’ve already sent or received may be retained in de-identified form where necessary for the recipient’s own mailbox to remain intact, but will no longer be linked to your identity. See our Privacy Policy for the full data retention policy.
If you no longer have access to the app but want your account deleted, contact us via our feedback form with the email address or handle associated with your account, and we’ll process the deletion manually.
